Healthy Ketchup

Lovely home-made ketchup for any use

  • 3 cups tomato puree organic (optional)
  • 1 tsp raw apple cider vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar or maple syrup
  • 2-3 drops liquid stevia plain
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano


  1. Add all the ingredients into a saucepan and bring to a boil, then simmer on low to medium heat until reduced (almost thick).

  2. Let it cool and pour it into a jar, then store it in the fridge.

Recipe Notes

If you want a closer to store bought texture, you can add a tsp of potato (or tapioca) starch (dissolved in 2 tbsp of water) at the end of cooking and mix well to combine.
