Easy Apple Topping/Filling

  • 2 apples peeled, cored and diced
  • 1 tbsp butter grass-fed
  • 1 tsp sweetner


  1. Melt the butter in a warm non-stick pan, and add the diced apples and the sweetner and mix for 4 minutes or until a bit tender.

  2. Serve when cooled a little bit.

Recipe Notes

Here you can add a little bit of cinnamon or apple pie mix, or just vanilla, anything you like, but first try it plain; we love it this way. As for the sweetener, brown sugar or coconut sugar are best in my opinion, but you can try maple syrup or coconut syrup too.
