Easy Raw Fruit Jam

Raw fruit jam for topping anything in a healthier way.

  • 1 cup fruit of choice fresh or frozen
  • 1 1/2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp flax seed meal or chia seeds
  • 1 tsp lemon juice optional


  1. Mix all the ingredients (except for the chia seeds if choosing or preferring the texture they create) in a small food processor.

  2. Set aside until it thickens a bit and serve.
