Perfect Spelt Teething Biscuits

Fruity flavoured very nice teething biscuits, or to serve with a coffee

  • 1 free-range egg
  • 1 tbsp oil or grass-fed butter
  • 4 tbsp fruit puree
  • 2 cups whole-spelt flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • a pinch of ground clove
  • vanilla bean seeds
  • orange zest


  1. Put the dry ingredients together in a bowl

  2. Mix the wet ingredients in another bowl and add them to the other bowl

  3. Shape the batter as you desire (biscuits shape) and cook at 356 F degrees for 30-40 mins

Recipe Notes

There are many variations of the fruit puree (which is made from blended steamed fruits) that can be used, either banana and plum marmelade as I did, or steamed apple and plum and so on.
